How GoldIncision cellulite treatment works

How GoldIncision cellulite treatment works
GoldIncision is a cellulite treatment that combines collagen biostimulation and detachment of the fibers that pull on the skin and create dimpling.
The four steps of
cellulite treatment with GoldIncision.
1
Marking
With the patient standing, the doctor marks the cellulite area.
2
Anesthesia
Anesthesia is applied locally, with the patient lying down, on each cellulite spot.
3
Biostimulation
Distribution of a particulate product between the skin and muscle to treat sagging.
4
Detachment
The detachment of the fibers that pull the skin and cause cellulite is performed with the patient standing up.

1. Marking
During the assessment, which can be in person or online, the doctor will examine your physical condition and clinical history to assess the need for and feasibility of treatment. The cellulite areas to be treated are marked while the patient is standing up, to make it easier to identify dimpling.
2. Anesthesia
Anesthesia is performed on each of the cellulite spots with the patient lying down. You remain awake and can give your opinion throughout the procedure.

Before and after
the number one treatment in the world.

3. Collagen biostimulation
While the patient is still lying down, a collagen biostimulator product is distributed between the skin and the muscle. The action of the particles that make up the substance serve as a foundation for the growth of a new collagen mesh and blood vessels. The product treats sagging, which is one of the causes of cellulite, and also helps to improve skin quality and prevents the treated cellulite from returning.
4. Subcutaneous detachment
The breaking of each of the fibrous septa that pull the skin and form cellulite is carried out with the patient standing up, using a beveled needle that loosens the retraction and levels out the irregularities. To make it more comfortable for the patient, the needle also has an orifice that allows the anesthesia to be reinjected at any time.

5. Post-procedure
You leave doctor’s office with a bandage and compression shorts to control swelling and bruising. You also receive a post-procedure kit with products specially developed for the method and approved by Anvisa. It is necessary to avoid physical exertion and sun exposure for seven days or as advised by your doctor.
Our difference

Marking and breaking the fibrous septa while the patient is standing allows the areas of cellulite to be precisely identified.

Breaking up the fibrous septa not only restores the skin's smooth appearance, but also reduces the pressure caused by localized fat, normalizing blood circulation and reducing swelling.

Collagen biostimulation treats sagging, which is one of the causes of the problem. It also prevents the return of treated cellulite and promotes the creation of new blood vessels, which facilitates circulation, contributes to cell nutrition and improves skin quality.

The procedure is performed in the doctor’s office, without hospitalization, surgery, cuts or scars, with local anesthesia, without sedation and with a return to routine on the same day.
